BUSY

A busy day. A sudden rush of energy meant I wrapped all my presents at 7am whilst the kids had their breakfast amongst sellotape and paper.
Lucie had her two year old check up, she's tall and heavy as suspected, completely in proportion though. Developing as expected although as she refused to cooperate, decisively but politely, NO thank you, I don't know quite how they work it out.
Chris came with homemade welsh cakes and Tupperware, lovely chats and the kids really like playing with her.
Then Lorna and Grace came over for tea. Funny watching the battles between Lucie and Gracie, both strong willed and possessive. Much running, chasing and screaming MINE and NO.
Then quickly got the kids to bed early as the babysitter arrived at 7 and I wanted them properly settled. House Group Christmas dinner tonight, delicious food, hilarious present game. Much fun.
