Bake Off...

I was at a Christmas party tonight. It was one of those where everyone brings a dish. I brought cake. Some spiced Christmas Cupcakes, a Christmas tray bake and some little sherry trifles. I found the recipe for the tray bake online and it had been devised by Nadiya Hussein who won The Great British Bake Off this year. Of course, nothing really happens anymore unless it's on social media so I took a picture and tweeted it copying it in to Nadiya herself. She must be an incredibly busy woman these days but I was delighted to find that she had tweeted me back about the cake!
