[Elephant]astic Day

I got to ride an elephant today! They are such sweet and intelligent animals, and I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to ride one. At the elephant camp, I learned about rice farming, which is a popular crop in Thailand. I saw how coconuts were used to make coconut oil. It was very interesting. Nothing is wasted when they're using the coconuts. I saw how rubber was taken from the trees and turned into rubber mats! That blew my mind. Something trickling from a tree can be used to make a rubber mat! I'm learning something new every day in Thailand!
