Mixed bag of a day

Very up and down. And down and up. Seems to have stabilised now. And again, no actual heart attack so that's good. A lot of deep breathing and a good long dog walk seem to be what help me most. If we didn't already have Albi I think we would have had to get her. Who'd have thought a daft as a brush retriever would be good for your sanity.

This was on the dog walk. It didn't feel this dark and spooky but I guess it must have been.
