It's round and burger-ish: sprouted lentil pattie

The grated carrot gives this its colour, but it's mostly sprouted lentils with some flax and cumin. 8 hrs in the dehydrator - which meant I made them before going out this morning and they were ready for tea.

The green sauce is mostly herbs and cucumber, with macadamia nuts.
