Pop up coffee shop

Not sure what to blip today, nothing particularly interesting happening. On my walk to the train/bus/subway station tonight us commuters were pleasantly surprised to see a pop-up free coffee kiosk. McD's was giving away coffee to weary commuters. I thought this may be a good blip as there are not alot of benefits or positives to long, expensive challenging commutes, but occasionally we are handed promotional treats: loaves of bread or buns from bakeries, apple chips, paper towels, ice cream bars, hot sauce, tea bags, many granola bars - any new product the company wants to promote. I must say my favorite was the chocolate puddings, such a delicious surprise. My most favorite pop-up shop was when cousin hazelh was here and the Purdies chocolate truck was at the local university campus! Quiet evening tonight spent knitting, with a few family phone calls sprinkled in, started off with pizza for my very happy sweetie! Purchased pizza is a rarity at our place.....
