Mural

Last week I blipped the sign in the boat chandler's yard. This mural showing a scene from the canal is on corrugated iron wall at the back of the yard. I have always wanted to blip it but usually there are cars parked in front of it. But not today. Due to some roadworks and a road closure there is less traffic in the area.

I had just lined up to take my shot when this intrepid group of walkers turned the corner and walked in front of the wall. I was greeted with a chorus of cheery hellos and wide smiles. I just had to include them in the photograph.
