Christmas Carols

Gill's Choir, Swan Singers, at a local residential home for elderly people. 
I always find this brings on a set of mixed emotions,  partly, good to see the choir out in the community and clearly brightening someone's day,  but also, in an affluent country like ours, is this the best we can do for people as they age and  become more dependent?

The extra is from the other end of life .... James will have a baby sister in April :-)
