We Are Magic

This is my friend Lena in the process of taking a selfie for her Instagram, pipe cleaners becoming Groucho Marx eyebrows. :-) We joined Lena this morning for her latest project, augmenting: We Are Magic, wand making and augmented reality technology.  It was a lot of fun and a really therapeutic way to spend a few hours creating, talking, filming and photographing. There was also food, dancing and music all in a really great studio space in the Eastside Industrial District. The wands we made could either be taken home or added to the project and placed in various locations around Portland - I chose to add mine (extra) to the project, as did hubby who was totally in maker mode.
