Christmas Tree Festival Ends

Another rather long day. The Christmas Tree Festival continued this afternoon with a steady stream of visitors. We closed at 4pm with a thanksgiving service. All proceeds from the event will be given to the charity Compassion, to provide education, counselling and protection for children living in areas of extreme poverty. 

The trees will now stay up until 6th Jan so anyone coming to the Christmas services will enjoy them. You may get fed up of Christmas blips from me as they are likely to be a good source of emergency blips! 

An early night needed tonight before another hectic week.
