Honey, honey...

After yesterday's spider photo (a non-insect!), I was keen to add an insect photo on this, the last day of National Insect Week. So, here is a hard-working honey bee on a beautiful red Astrantia flower, taken on my phone camera at a garden in Doune, where there was an open gardens day. As with my bumblebee photos earlier this week, if you zoom in, you can see that the bee is covered in pollen grains.
