Beach At Budleigh Salterton

A day of high winds and low clouds; walking along the prom at Exmouth this morning was like walking in a sand storm. We had a potter round the shops and a stop at an excellent coffee shop and were just about to set off to Honiton for the auction at which the last of Tess's parents' effects were to be sold when a quick check of the website revealed it had been postponed at the last minute.

So instead, we had a blustery stroll around Budleigh Salterton, followed by a relaxing swim and jacuzzi at the hotel.

Remarkably, given their current form, Yeovil managed to win again in the FA Cup. Surely it's too much to hope for another big team at home in the 3rd Round after last year's visit from Man U?
