A damp day!

A very wet morning, easing off as the day went on. Our Round Pond takes drainage from a variety of sources but is drained itself by a pipe which is far too small, leading to flooding and the inundating of the path which goes round to the left of the pond 

One day, some day, when some body finds the time, a bigger pipe will have to go in right through the middle of a bed and across a path. Meantime we tape it off and wait until the water lever drops.
