Today we had the girls first birthday party. It was a perfect party with our local family and friends to celebrate their first year. we had some lunch, watched the little cousins have a great time together, sang happy birthday to each and watch them not enjoy their cake...at least Haldey. She wanted nothing to do with her cake while Emma just barely took some frosting off. Then all the older friends helped them open their new fun gifts before everyone went down for a nap. :) Miles left with nana and grandpa Mikey for a sleepover while Mimi and grandpa C stayed for some extra snuggles from the birthday girls.
Thank you again for everyone who helped us get through this year. We know how lucky we are to have so many people who love our babies as much as we do.
