I forgot. Well, not today but a few weeks ago when I arranged a meeting in Lockerbie for this morning.

So, no holiday for me. It was after 3 by the time I got home and I "downed tools" at that stage, so a couple of hours of holiday.

It rained (or snowed) all the way during the 2 hour drive south this morning. It was sunny and bright all the way home.

I stopped for a sandwich and a break on the way home - Annandale Water. It used to be a good (but expensive) place to stop. Now the food is either Costa or McDonalds. The pond is still there at the back, and it's still expensive...
