We were on a mission to beat a weather front bringing strong wind and rain.

One of the successes of the weekend was the young coaches who joined us for the weekend. They put the controls out on the courses and then shadowed the youngsters as they navigated their way round the courses.

A key part is the debrief following each exercise. Here two athletes are getting feedback on their performance.

As we returned to the cars for the journey home the wind had really picked up and driving rain meant changing was a challenge. Glad to be back home in front of the fire!
