Advent!!

Today we've put up & decorated our tree...Asha was beside herself with excitement to be helping out! We've also continued with our Christmas art project - much paint everywhere!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Creating family memories & traditions. I love it!
2) A glass of wine with lunch.
3) The anticipation of Christmas, and the chance to really think about it...not just have it happen to me, as it were... Sometimes you can almost feel assaulted by the consumerist side...grateful to be somewhere where that's not quite so aggressive, and where we can slowly approach Christmas and talk to Asha about it all...and get excited about more than just presents (though I do love giving gifts!).
