Saturday: Invoking Edward

I met up with my friend, Marc, this afternoon to go on a photo walk through town.  This came about through a recent discovery that we both really like Edward Hopper so we decided to go out and try and take photos in the style of EH.  I am not entirely sure how successful we were - maybe dusk would have been better as we could have got some of the 'looking in' pictures that he was so well known for.  Add to that, his style is particularly Americana which you just don't get here.  Nonetheless, we had a lot of fun trying - in taking this, I was aiming for something like his 'Early Sunday Morning', coincidentally one of my favourites.
