Luminous light

Just as a grey day was coming to its end, the sun sneaked in below the clouds and they, in combination with the sea,  acted as some sort of mirror and spotlight together whilst at t =he same time, sleet hammered down less than a mile away. All very odd. Either way the only brightness was on one small island by the causeway to our house.
Grimsay market day again and today's theme was Christmas Fayre. We didn't come away with a lot but enjoyed meeting up with some folk who otherwise seem to hide away in their houses - not from us I hope.
