Heavy Cloud No Rain

We completed a couple more Wainwrights today, Barrow and Outerside, with our friends G and P .
We parked at Braithwaite so before we set off we had to go back to LPH to return a room key which someone, not saying who, had accidentally pocketed, and to collect a jacket which a certain other Blipper had left behind last week.
The wind at the top was tremendous and kept trying to blow us off our feet and snatch our walking sticks away.
On the way down I noticed this thick layer of cloud over Skiddaw making it look like Table mountain.
After the walk we needed refreshments so we called in at The Chalet in Portinscale for hot drinks and a HUGE scone each.
Off out for a pizza later and to see Brooklyn at the local cinema.
