Fading Lights.

The days are short and it took us longer to do this low( ish) level walk up the Langstrath valley than we thought, so it was getting a bit dark by the time we got down . It's a beautiful place, with lots of little rocky streams and waterfalls. This is the wettest place in England hence my extra, seen on the side of the Langstrath Inn, but it stayed dry for us today.
After restorative tea and crumpets at the Borrowdale hotel our friends have set off home and we have only one more full day here.
