The Lion King
Had another early start that was cushioned with a lovely breakfast including tree tomatoes, mountain papaya, rubarb, yum yum..
Day had a very moody start as it was eerily misty and raining as we entered the Ngoragora the crater. Soon clouds lifted and we had the brilliant experience of the top down in our huge truck just for us, very indulgent as we passed other jeeps crammed with Wisungu but wonderful all the same.
Our game drive had a slow warm up but before you could say '8Gb Card Full' we saw, elephants, Rhinos, lions, the acutal Lion King, hippos, hyenas...and much more.
It was such an amazing pinch-yourself experience made even better but the carm tones of our Trevor McDoughnut look-i-likey guide.
Next stop was Oludbai Camp where we were welcomed by taking a Sunset walk with Francis (a famous masai). He was really interesting and his family tree alone was mind boggling. He was one of 350 sibblings and his father had 30 wives.....
Returned back for a quick shower then a very sociable dinner.
Evening ended with a spot of Bush TV with the masai.
