Bracing

After a good sleep and a very hearty breakfast we made our way along to Sands' place, where a group of last nights party goers had assembled in order to go for a bracing walk along the sea front. It certainly was bracing, but the sunshine was brilliant and the sea was bright blue. We walked up on the cliff top for a little way before the wind got the better of us.

Then D and I drove back to Edinburgh and deposited the car back in its spot, not without difficulty due to the amount of road works there are going on around the east end of town. The thought of a quiet night in and a hot bath is very appealing.
