Teriyaki Delight

Today was an early start. Speed watch duty in the village. It was chilly compared to yesterday's sticky heat! Didn't catch many people today, so hopefully our presence is working....or they just slow down when they see the signs....two hours later and I am sat at my desk with a nice cuppa working away.
Tonight was hubby's turn at dinner. It was yummy.....teriyaki chicken which is turning into one of my all time favourites! This dish brings back lots of memories from Boxing Day in Sydney. I'm sure the 'real' version is very different but for now, this version and the fact that I didn't have to cook is just delightful, so its tonight's blip!
