Down dog

Thursday afternoon yoga is my excuse reason for having to leave work promptly.  I've enjoyed going to the class Brian put on especially for us to fit our schedules but lately, people haven't been making it.  Not surprisingly, Brian was not too pleased when only 3 or 4 of us turned up to the class so he opened it up as a public class.  Wow!  That's changed the dyanmics, and for us, not in a wholly positive way.  Today, there were 3 of us and 8 members of the public.  It's disappointing but I completely understand Brian's position.  He's in business, afterall.

Actually, today I thought he was a bit out of sorts.  We always do several full rounds of down dog and today he missed them out completely.  Very odd.
