Snap Snap Snap

The first day of our holiday, a few night spent in the stunning Swan Inn at Newby Bridge. A hotel that balances the needs of kids (free cookies and milk at bedtime), with the needs of the parents (a bar!).

Arlo was super-excited when we arrived, mostly due to the sliding wardrobe doors and the flusher on the toilet, but also because we let him stay up late and go to the hotel's adventure playground after dinner. He's not sleeping well at the moment, so expecting some restless nights.

Apart from a fine selection of bookbug CDs the car journey was accompanied by those Wild Flag ladies I've linked to a few times before, so here is something from the one member of Sleater Kinney who isn't in Wild Flag, if you follow me. Have a piece of Corin Tucker.
