The Mad Hatter

We went to the supermarket to get some spuds (potatoes) for tea (dinner), when I saw these kids hats. Of course I had to stick one on Mario's head and get a quick snap with the phone camera!

I've packed most of my stuff for my hospital stay. I'm really looking forward to getting rid of the ileostomy bag, but apprehensive about how I'm going to have to re-train my bowel. The surgeon said I'll probably be "a bit miserable for about a month". 
Oh great.

The next few weeks are going to be 'interesting'.
