Storm Warnings - Edinburgh trees blown down

Driving home from town this afternoon we were uncomfortably close to a large part of a tree that came down on a car. The car's occupant had a lucky escape.

The city of Edinburgh, in line with many cities across Europe, came to a standstill for a minute's silence at noon, French time today, in memory of all those who lost their lives in the Parisian terrorist attacks on Friday.
