Data gap

With all the NGOs and development money that have poured into Cambodia over the years you'd think it should be easy to locate data on key topics.

Not so.

Spent a fairly long time trying to extrapolate and cross-check facts and figures often in Khmer from a range of maps, lists and tables. There doesn't seem to be a definitive source for anything and we're not really any closer to knowing how far Asian elephant hotspots are from Community Forests in Phnum Kravanh District. The key question on everyone's lips.
