warning...

does this indicate drowning orange witches... big puddles... or random objects in the road...

tried to go for a run this evening... but should have heeded this warning and turned back, as I've had a bit of a twingy knee recently... and it really wasn't happy tonight... also I got a face full of pollen as I limped back... so I'm sneezing again... fluctuating between icing my knee and icing my face now...

I think I might need a change of trainers and to go ask some experts about taping and stretching... but for now, I'm elevating it, by lying on the sofa, and I'm about to change the ice pack for the ice cream in a minute : )
