what colour are you?

Have finished the most amazing eye opening, useful 9 day course on using tools to manage people, teams, conflict, communication etc...

One of the 1st things we learnt was to recognise that different people's characters can fall into 4 main colours: red for assertive, directive, blue for analytical, precise, yellow for communicative, green for team player.

The idea is that we're all different shades depending who we're working with & in the situation and that we all have a dominant colour that defines us and through recognising the other persons colour, you'll know how to communicate with them
better.
