It just had to come off ...

'It' being this pretty necklace I put on this morning. As the day got hotter, and more humid, I began to feel like I was being strangled - even though it's not a particularly close fitting necklace. So off it came, and it spent most of the day sat on my desk twinkling in the sunlight.

I, meanwhile, sweated it out as it wouldn't have been appropriate to shed any other items. I felt like I was having 'my own personal summer' all over again ;-)

Choir rehearsal in a little while - hope it's as good as last week.
