'Read more and frequently' is roughly the message being conveyed by the posters.  These line the way out of the Biblio-Globus bookstore, one of Moscow's oldest bookstores which opened as the "universal book store" in 1957 as a direct successor to the Russian book trade centre established in the 18th century.  Some bright colours in an otherwise dull day.
