Wanted

There's a "Wanted" poster up in the neighbourhood.  Two men from the Republic of Dagestan are wanted for 'questioning'.  A reward is offered.

Dagestan is a federal subject within the Russian Federation.  Dagestan - the word - is a mix of Turkic and Persian.  Dağ means 'mountain' in Turkic and -stan means 'land' in Persian.  I imagine that the wanted subjects might be back home by now.  Somewhere very high up in that 'mountain land' in the North Caucasus.
