Unwrapped

I blipped the windows before, so thought I had better blip them after – there wasn’t much else to photograph anyway, on a grey, drizzly afternoon in Newcastle!

The theme of the windows would seem to be a Santa rescue mission (see extra). A lot of work goes into creating these windows and they do what they are meant to do and attract shoppers, as my picture shows. Whether they entice any more people to shop in Fenwicks is a good question. But it’s a tradition that keeps the name alive anyway.
