Roof with a view

Really enjoyed reading and discussing A Passage to India today with my lovely book club ladies…-it’s been a long time since I read it first.  Watched the David Lean movie as well and the pbs series “Indian Summers” both about the same period.   I love E. M. Forster’s writing - he does leave a lot of ambiguities for us to think about…


Got home about 4:00 and was whisked up to the roof of our building by H who wanted to take a photo of some work being done on one of the roof decks of people who are not here much ..but I had the camera AND the iPhone with me.   I don’t much like climbing up there —so I think I better take advantage of this opportunity to view Seattle to the south...

The extras..some of book club with view out window, and the handy man/painter on the roof deck who is doing the repairs. (don't get me started about condos.)
