Piwakawaka/Fantail nest

Blown down in the wind from a tall conifer we know it is a fantail's nest from the tail trailing off it. I have gone close to try and show how they wove it on. The tail is a needle from the conifer.
The extra shows the whole nest.
Although they usually use fern and lichen and other natural materials this is an urban fantail as there is a lot of man made fibre in there.
