This is definitely one essential waitrose item. I was delighted the other day to receive an email from waitrose to tell me that in the past three months I've had £64 worth of free coffee. Thank you.

I'm feeling pretty fed up with the shortness of days right now and my running schedule has gone right out of the window. Who wants to leave a cosy warm house and go running in the pitch black night? Not me, that's who.

Today has been a little non-eventful, apart from a lunch time club in school. It was Andy's turn to hit a student with a ball today. Wondering how long before we get banned from school.
