Space, beyond the planets...

Carys was flag bearer for her Brownie Pack this morning at her Remembrance Day Church Parade. She also read a prayer she had written as part of her 'Discovering Faith' badge.

Will and I headed from a coffee shop to finish off his thank you cards from his party. He observed the two minutes silence impeccably.

This afternoon we headed to Hatfield to see James Mayhew illustrate to the music of the De Havilland Philharmonic. The music was all space based and even the 8yr old thought it was fantastic. The 6yr old couldn't sit still, but in a good way, tapping his knees and wiggling his feet in time, then mimicking the violinists. We didn't win the raffle for the art work but we did get some books signed.

I normally post a poppy on Remembrance Sunday. I haven't today, but I have remembered.
