inspired by Ordnance Survey maps
Our holiday ends today. Just time for one more look at the OS map in the vestibule. It is a specially ordered one with Flanesford Priory right in the centre. I can see Kerne Bridge where marveled at the fast flowing murky waters, Goodrich Castle where we learned about castle life in the fifteenth Century and the hotel where we had our last meal together.
Isn't it strange, that wherever one lives, home is always on the edge of an OS map? Computer generated maps have changed that. Now, anywhere can be at the centre...... even Heron Hill!
