Infamous

Inspired by my recent visit to Uppark, I bought this biography (second hand from Amazon) to find out more about Emma Hamilton. To all intents and purposes she had an incredible life.

The dogs are sleeping soundly beside me on the sofa and, although there have been a few fireworks this evening, it's been pretty quiet and Polly hasn't once felt the need to hide behind the chair in the corner (as she has several nights this week).
