Moving on

Having completed his GCSE exams last week, today Adam went for a taster day at the Sixth Form College he wants to attend from September.

He hasn't said much apart from he's enjoyed it, and thought the teachers were great.

So that's looking good for September.

I went to Radio Lancashire today to talk about my exploits at the weekend. It was good fun. We were a pnel of three. Brian Pickup is a First Responder who also served for mny years in the TA. A very interesting character with lots of stories to tell. Lucy Plumbley is a tutor of fashion at local college and brought some very eloquent students with her. Lucy was quite nervous to begin with but Brian and I helped her to relax and she did very well.

The visit to Lytham Running Club with the Torch took much longer than I thought because as well as the running club, two football teams, an exercise class and the gym members wanted to see it.
Busy one tomorrow.
