Spot the fish!.....

We had a day off cycling today and visited Hexham. The abbey is beautiful. We watched the salmon leaping in the river Tyne on their annual migration upstream back to their spawning grounds. It was quite a spectacle. Unfortunately my camera was not up to the job but I did manage to capture a shot of this salmon trying to leap up the barrier.
