Dreary Birch Trees

Dreary day again... but the birches looked good through the window, so a quick dash and shot to capture this as I doubt I get an opportunity to capture something better...

Autumn is definitely here.

I am feeling pretty ropey after my oxygen treatment yesterday. Done some research and apparently that means it is working. Let's hope so...

Spent most of today in bed or on the sofa... need to change the tyres on my cyclocross bike, for a mountain bike orienteering event tomorrow, so lets hope the effect of the treatment will have worn off a little by then.

In the meantime, I shall light the fire.
