Friday morning

looked like this.    Below freezing, low gray clouds and snow until lunchtime.  The temperature never got above freezing and tonight..8!!!!

I was going out to walk in it for a while but the hubby had a few things to do in town.  So we drove the 60 miles and surprise..not a bit of snow in town..just on the mountains and hills all around it.  I have posted a photo of the road coming out of town on the extras.
