Edinburgh sunrise

A great night at the awards ceremony last night. Unfortunately we didn't win our category though. In a good sport/brave losers/Pollyanna-ish way I was impressed by the range of fantastic work going on in the public and third sector all over the country and it was good to celebrate it. But it would have been nice to win!

Not much sleep (why are hotels always so hot?) and up early. Before I left I went up in the lift to the 16th floor and took a picture over the city (extra - it's a bit of a guddle). It was impressive in the flesh though. Caught the 07:15 train to Edinburgh and this was the view from my office window when I got here. A beautiful sunrise
