The Heart of the Issue

Autumn is in full swing! Winter is coming :(

Great day at the GP surgery :) I think I might be getting the hang of this doctoring thing :) my examination skills have definitely improved, won't say I'm totally there yet but I can put together a pretty thorough and convincing CVS exam now. Yay!

Met the most incredible man today, so many stories and so much advice! Despite having heart failure, he has the most amazing outlook on life. And he was super cute when Adeela nearly fainted :)

Time for bed, am shattered. Has been a very long week
