The opening of the Garden of Remembrance

I didn't even know it was today, but as I was walking past just at the right time, I watched it for a bit, there were many people there and apart from a flock of photographers not many seemed to be taking photos, which is unusual these days.

I always admire the veterans during such events, walking and then standing around for a long time, often carrying heavy flags and wreaths and such. 

Also, apologies for the poor quality but my wee camera gets confused when it's misty and sunny at the same time.
