Day 147: - Museum Gardens

Sarah and I had a quick jaunt over to York to buy piano music and unnecessary items from the Disney Store. We also stopped by the chocolate shop where they serve shots of liquid chocolate in chocolate cups. Dear me, my arteries. This tree was in Museum Gardens; I have messed about with the shot so much in Lightroom and Photoshop that I can't even remember what effect this is!

Back home to be hassled by the auditors who wouldn't know real life if slapped them in the face. Grrr!! 

Anyway, Sarah and I are on a musicals marathon - which I should really have prefaced by saying I hate musicals. Singing in the Rain, Grease, Meet Me in St Louis, The SOM, all the Annie movies and Moulin Rouge have already been done. Tonight it's a choice between The King and I, South Pacific or Oliver but hell will freeze over before I defile my dvd player with Mamma Mia. Good job HMV have them all on offer at 5 for £20. Yesterday, just as Judy Garland was bursting into song, Sarah said "this film isn't very realistic is it?" - ha ha ha, you don't say.
