Roofer with a View

We called in to see friends in the Forest of Dean on our way back from Dartmoor and an overnight stay with my Dad. Their house is on the edge of the forest and overlooks the river Severn. They were in the middle of roof repairs. Gary the roofer reflected on the fact that this good autumn weather was good for working, but that heavy rain was better for business.
